The surest way to understand a culture is to examine not its technology but its art. Technology is transitory while art is a timeless measure of its makers' concerns, aspirations and values.

Las Vegas

We visit Las Vegas every couple of years - which is funny because we don't gamble.  The attraction, I suppose, besides the shows, food and human carnival is the Diney-esque quality of the place.  However, as the experience has declined with each visit, it may be some time before we return.  So here are what may be my last images of the place for a while...
